Des ceintures cuprif\u00e8res de Zambie aux r\u00e9seaux routiers d\u2019Afrique de l\u2019Ouest, la demande d\u2019engins de chantier explose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toutefois, les responsables internationaux des achats sont souvent confront\u00e9s \u00e0 un d\u00e9calage critique : les \u00e9quipements con\u00e7us pour les autoroutes impeccables d\u2019Europe ou pour les climats temp\u00e9r\u00e9s d\u2019Asie orientale tombent fr\u00e9quemment en panne pr\u00e9matur\u00e9ment sur les terrains accident\u00e9s d\u2019Afrique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les entreprises de construction et les exploitants miniers, la strat\u00e9gie pour 2025 ne consiste pas uniquement \u00e0 acheter de la puissance ; elle consiste \u00e0 acheter <strong>de l\u2019adaptabilit\u00e9<\/strong>. Sur la base de donn\u00e9es issues de plus de dix ans d\u2019op\u00e9rations d\u2019exportation, voici une analyse technique des trois facteurs indispensables qui d\u00e9terminent la long\u00e9vit\u00e9 des \u00e9quipements sur le march\u00e9 africain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-541100ec gb-headline-text\">Le dilemme de la qualit\u00e9 du carburant : filtration contre \u00e9talonnage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019une des causes les plus fr\u00e9quentes d\u2019arr\u00eats impr\u00e9vus dans les op\u00e9rations mini\u00e8res africaines est la d\u00e9faillance du syst\u00e8me de carburant. Bien que les normes mondiales \u00e9voluent vers les niveaux Euro V et VI en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9missions, la qualit\u00e9 du carburant dans les r\u00e9gions recul\u00e9es demeure tr\u00e8s variable. Une teneur \u00e9lev\u00e9e en soufre, une contamination par l\u2019eau et la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019impuret\u00e9s particulaires constituent des r\u00e9alit\u00e9s op\u00e9rationnelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plut\u00f4t que de compter sur des syst\u00e8mes fragiles con\u00e7us pour des environnements st\u00e9riles, les machines optimis\u00e9es pour l\u2019Afrique doivent privil\u00e9gier <strong>la tol\u00e9rance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Syst\u00e8me de filtration \u00e0 trois \u00e9tages :<\/strong> Un s\u00e9parateur d\u2019eau simple n\u2019est pas suffisant.
